In between.. having undecided options today..Gt 2jobs offers at the same day.. here is how it goes..

I've sent countless resumes to education field, customer services, research in UM, spoken with quite a number of recruiters and hv a fair share of interviews. Finally, i gt job offers, somemore two come at the same time. BOth are student counsellors in college, one from PJ Stamford College, while the other is Mantissa College at Tmn Tun.

2 weeks back, i went to Stamford college for an interview to apply the position as student counsellor. They gave me hope and confident that i m sure would get the job.. but two weeks just past.. n i haven receive any reply from them..I m bored of waiting, so i just tried another call to Mantissa Institute College, and dropped by to send my resume. I din expected that they gona interview me on the spot.

I had my interview on Fri, Tues they called me up to talk bout the details, n they hired me! Next day, the Principal asked me to join their lecturers for a Teaching Technology Seminar, so i just went.
Today, they called me to collect my offer letter and i wil start my job next monday.. then, in the morning, here come the call from Stamford. I told the HR i hv already gt an offer, yet, she kp on nego n telling me to join Stamford instead of what i m having now.. after put down her phone, i received another call from them again, and this time, its Stamford Principal..telling me that benefits they can give me will be much better than Mantissa, looks like they really need me..haiz.. I told them i waited 2weeks for their reply, and they said its their mistake bcz they were supposed to call me immediately next day after interview.too bad la.. i fel bad for Mantissa, as they already got me my offer letter today, and they already take me as their teammate.. Even though Stamford is a more well known and systematic college as compared with this Mantissa college, which is a small college, but i cant disappoint them and should full-filled my responsibility rite! So i just rejected Stamford College.Hope i wont regret in near future..

According to my highly sensitive sight observation and skilled analyse (perasan betul..), i would see, this Mantissa COllege is having some problem with their students.. In this college, 60% are China students.. 40% locals.. I guess, u would know what kind of students they hv now.. According to their lecturers' conversation, they seem to have some cheating students, some ignorance students, n most of them are non-english speaking students who are taking their degree in english..In lecture, teacher talked to them english, while they just replied in mandarin..WTH..like tat oso can one ah.. But, its good too.. ppl Keh poh like me, i m in great passion to change and serve this bunch of ppls.. I hv set my objective in this job and in this college, which is, by the end of year, i will make these ppls speak english, and let them know the value of appreciation.. their parents spent big lump sum of money on them to study abroad.. sumore china students must hv come from wealthy family.. and they just come here n fool around??.. just like few of my ex-china uni mates, i wonder how they gt their master when they hardly speak a single word english and they hate english...So, i always believe sincerity will change a person.. nw i found my next targets to satisfy my domination!

So happy when i m thiking of becoming the next Savior...HAHAHA...
