Recently been waking up quite early eventhough not sleeping early before the nite.. Maybe keeping too much pressure. once get tensed, would easily get insomnia..worry for my final, not well prepared.. However, as compared to exam in Help, i believe that i ve paid full attention on what im studying now..Instead of reading, i m learning and understanding..its just the matter of time, lack of time to fully prepare myself. As in the past, was just studying to get through the subject, or called it, studying blindly...haha...paiseh..cant really recall what i have studied in the past..lol..

Research method is the subject i hate the most..currently taking it as the third year paper---> Research method 2...it always come with lots problematic and headaches for me..indeed, its the easiest subject to score, as it is a factual based, just like statistics, its either right or wrong..all the proper writting and calculation are given..if u manage to understand what is it about, then shodn be a problem for exam..HoWever, the weakest part of me is Understanding....especially those Calculation JarGOn..what F score la, variance, z-score, Cronbach's alpha......testing the reliabilty and validity....what factor analysis...correlation..regression...ALL MY GOD!! to be honest, for the past 13 weeks of lectures and practicals, i ve been dreaming in class...or mite just doing my own reading on someting else.. just to valued my time...at least not wasting my time by Exposing myself to the F=?, p,? ,

counseling and psychotherapy is my keen subject...and also among the assignments, i scored best on this..hehe..eventhough its bout understanding, but its kind of diff Understanding... u get to understand about theories and these theories were focusing on human's behavior, personality, perception...It is interesting! Don't you want to know about yourself, why u were born in this world, and ever wonder why You are behaving this way? when you are depressed or Hyperactive, have you ever wonder what are the factors and causations? Nah...from Counseling , Cognitive Psychology, Biological Psychology, you get to know them from different perspectives.. Cognitive psychology has too much of term n jargon to memorize...Therefore, not very keen on it...Biological...too much of Physical charateristics and Brain to study about...So sometimes can be quite boring..Counseling will be the best of all..given with diff theories and therapies, ppl get Help and Cured by different psychotherapies.. HOwwver, again, couseling isnt like what u think, is not like a Doctor and Patient relationship, it shod be explain more like a Parent and a Child, or Frendship, the therapist/counselor and Client relationship is there... when they get to know each better, they can work better too..Counselor is jus like a friend of u, maybe a more understanding and good listner..But a counselor will never tell u what to do, tel u whats right or wrong...he wants you to find out ur own identity and work on it.....Blah.. Blah.. here i m .. bout my teaching again...haha... ok, better cut of the crap, before getting u bored..

its 850am now, got to wash up and GO for my another day..RESEARCH METHOD! Ciaoz~~
